Sounds like a torn labrum. The injury can be somewhat painful like a short sharp pain and its kinda a popping sensation and then it feels like its back in place then can repeatedly happen at random times. Sometimes the pain is intense and some times its not. I recommend seeing a physio and having this checked. If this is the reason for the popping then it can sometimes be fixed by physio and other times requires surgery.
Stretching, anything? What causes my right hip to pop but not my left how can i fix this and is it unbealthy to keep popping it kicking
