Confidence is the key. If you mess up a time or 2, don't be scared. Stand up straight and shoulders back, then pretend to sit down into a chair and say to yourself arch arch arch. Arch your back and count 1..2..3 and that's how long a backhand string should last.
I need to get my back handspring pretty soon and I'm really close, I just need to do conditioning for it so please help?
