Groin attack????????????????

How does it feel to be kicked in on your balls? I never got kicked in my fights but I want to know so I can prepare. Has any one of you got kicked there? How painful is it?

Get someone to throw a brick as hard as they can into your face. Then imagine that pain in your groin.

Spar with a white belt. You know soon enough.

The pain is almost always delayed by several seconds, and over the next 15 to 30 seconds, can get excruciatingly painful. In nearly all cases, nausea sets in.

The pain can be so intense, you lose your breath. Your instinct will be to curl up in a fetal position. You will be aware of the rest of the world around you, but you won't care about it. The only cure is time, and at this point, death is seriously contemplated. :-)

In the end-of-the-world case, the testicles swell and then you might need medical attention.

But there are not-so-severe cases. They are painful, but not always debilitating. The testicles don't hurt as much as it does deep inside the center of the hips. These injuries will cause you to lose focus and concentration, but, some fighters can ignore this pain if they are used to it. Football and rugby players, martial artists - even horseback riders - they can all develop mild immunities.

And then there are the cases where you are struck there and no damage or pain results at all. In sparring, this can happen and life goes on. In self-defense, though, a strike to the groin may actually infuriate the attacker even more. For this reason, and another, a groin strike is generally not the best course of action. Have a backup plan just in case. The other reason not to use it is because the area is fairly well protected, and you have to get hit there at just the right angle. Get the angle right, and any pressure will send the person on the ground. But that angle can be interrupted by the person's stance: the closer his legs are together, the harder it will be to get to this area effectively.

Possum gives a graphic and pretty good account of what it generally feels like. Nicely done.

I would say, however, that if you are able to manipulate your attacker's stance you can pull these off with more success. If you are able to deliver a soccer style kick up the center of the goalposts, you even have a chance of severely injuring the person's bone structure in that area, which will require medical attention.

Most kicks or hits to the area, however, result in just the scenario possum laid out. God bless America does it hurt, and it feels like you are going to barf sometimes. The worst, in my book, is getting grazed or tapped by the end of a jo or bo. You crumple to the ground as if shot by a sniper!

Just depends, bro. It sometimes sends a stinging pain from your nuts to lower stomach that lasts for a minute or two. Then, sometimes your nuts are sore for a while. Other times, it's just a quick little jab to ur nuts.

A lot of factors come into play on if it hurts bad or not...strength of the kick, size of the foot, angle of the kick, accuracy of the kick, footwear used, type of clothes u r wearing, and how much of a wuss you are.

You're so lucky to never get hit and try to keep it that way. It's really uncomfortable more than painful, it's as tho someone as gone inside of you grabbed your stomach and is twisting it (well that's in the case if you get hit in the nuts hard)

It hurts!. It feels like you have to go use the bathroom. It feels like you are bleeding down there. It hurts all the way into your stomach. It is a indescribable pain.

Asking how does it feel will not prepare you for it.

feeling is just a despriction

some say a liver shot is much painful

but I guess their balls haven't stood the test
