I would recommend you not do the traditional situps which are very bad for your lower back. Bicycle scissors or roman situps would be better. Do the abs about 3 to 4 times per week.
More is not always better. Doing the exercises correctly and at the right frequency is best.
Personally I prefer working sprints rather than jog. It works both anaerobic(think explosiveness) and aerobic(think endurance) at the same time that way.
Also I'd throw in side planks and few other ab workouts. There are apparently four different sections of muscles in the abs and hitting them all is difficult with one or two exercises.
Do superman or something equivalent to hit the back, and pull up and dips are nice as well.
Squats are nice, but if you need more of a challenge then give pistol(the exercise) a try.
Looks perfect. But to work your back and biceps you should add chin-ups & pull-ups.
Lots of cardic.
Hey guys well I'm a boxer and I was wondering if I'm doing a good workout as far as conditioning goes
I run Mondays wensdays and Friday bout half mile
I also do 150 sit ups in sets of 50
I do 30 squats 35 or more lower abs like leg raises
Then I do 60 to 100 push ups
Is that a good workout for boxing or an mma striker I do the push ups squats. And abs 5 days a week
