Join a weight lifting gym

You seem more interested in getting beefed up then getting fit. Then go to a gym and start lifting weights. Have you seen any MMA fighters? Do they look beefed up to you? Training in MMA will get you lean muscles. You'll be strong but not big.

i would recommend buying a big pack of protein shakes. then getting a gym membership. i would go to one of the cheaper ones like golds gym ($10 a month) since you already have some equipment. then set a time every day for 90 days that you will go. three days out of the week go to the gym and do hard full body workouts. after you work out drink a protein shake. make sure you skip a day in between hard work outs, and use your home equipment. do this for 90 days strait and if you are satisfied keep doing it.

They are not styles and never have been. UFC is a company, and MMA is a sport composed of various styles of martial arts, but MMA is not a style.

See a nutritious and get a proper diet put together for you, lift weights and exercises. Put regiment together, of a set of well rounded routines and stick to it.

You should really check out Kyle Leon’s Gain Muscle Program, it's the best muscle building program in the recent times. It's a MS Excel based application which utilises a lot of data related to the user’s specific body type, in order to help him/her create an ideal nutrition plan for his/her unique body type.

It also synchronises and customises every user’s individual training program, in line with his/her daily nutrition needs, thereby ensuring that he/she is able to develop muscle mass in a safe manner and free of fats.

I packed 20 lbs of lean muscle in one month and a half by doing his program. Check out his video at http://www.maxmusclefast.com to learn how it works. You will gain lean muscle mass as quickly as humanly possible. Good luck!

I've already lost enough weight to get down to what it should be by military standards (dropped 60+). So my New Years Resolution isn't to lose weight but get ripped and have more muscle. I love UFC/MMA, so what would be some good ways to started if I'd like to look like a MMA fighter. Just a heads up, I don't have a lot of your standard workout gear, I.E dumbbells, kettlebells, but I do have a 200 pound punching bag, treadmill, nordic track, and a bowflex. So what are some good ways to get ripped and lose what is left of my gut?
