You should watch several youtube clips showing how each style is taught, then decide for yourself which one you would prefer to take. It's like choosing between Pepsi or Coke.

Escrima and arnis are same BUT American arnis has much much more extensive forms/katas...depends how u feel about forms but see if that bit of info helps as a tie breaker
