Paul Chen are good too, Hanwei, but they are hard to come by anymore. Once in a while you will find one on e-bay.
Also ask your teacher for his recommendation. A lot of times they have accounts with companies and can get things cheaper.
You will get a wall hanger for that amount. A stainless steel one that is not made to practise with.
