first you have to be accepted, its not just a walk in and they let you on, contact local gyms and see what the process is. You probably will work your way up the chain and get into tournaments that way.

I'm 21 wrestled all through out my school years. And found out that being a member with usa wrestling gives you access to tournaments. Any know how this works? I can just show up n wrestle it doesn't matter? How does it work?
