No, I don't think that he is pretentious at all. I honestly think that Kokoro is one of the best answerers here...Most of the things that I ask, I ask them in order to get a variation of ways and opinions and Kokoro is really one of the most accurate answerers...For example I asked a question about where do you normally place your thumb when you are making a fist...and his answer was exactly how someone would evolve in this...He is not pretentious...

Don't let small feuds among answerers to influence your opinion about anything..:)

Same goes for your reply to Jim R, you've missed the boat on his answer, he never insulted you.

Edit, No i said maybe it was, obviously from your reply your question wasn't intended that way, but it has come out that way, maybe its the connection's on word and language that get's mixed up.

Compared to who? Relative to what? Kokoro has no clue what he is talking about sometimes, specifically in my case, JKD. Now I am the know it all suggesting he isn't one, while implying he is. All I really have to say about this post is, congratulations, you seem to be growing up a bit. This is a fairly well stated question, and I didn't think you had any hope at all of becoming a warrior worthy of sword...AND...pen. Whether you like it or not, know it or not, a warrior isn't complete without the pen.

let me start i was very hesitant to ask this im not one to post disrespectful question about somebody unprovoked(and hope you dont find this disrespectful) but i really do want to know if its just me that thinks this. i dont doubt his experience and id feel bad if everyone said yea. mabey im reading things a different way then how he means. i remember one he told me he knew whod id pick for best answer. no disrepect honest question i know some would say the same about me
