It seems you have a very hollywood idea of martial arts. In other words a bogus idea of martial arts.
Though Marine Force Recon and Navy Seals have specialized hand to hand training, it's limited. They are trained to kill the enemy via weapons and tactics.
But against a 1st Dan "black belt" who has trained for 6 yrs...
The more skilled fighter will win, but I will bet my money on the 1st Dan.
And being a black belt means nothing per se. It's just a belt. Knowledge and applicability of technique is the most important. There are blackbelts who can't fight at all. Others who can and carry devastating power. Same goes for our men at arms.

Like what was said before, a Black Belt is not a magical thing that occurs and all of the sudden you're the best. However, if you train properly, for at least 4-5 years you may become YOUR best. And isn't that all any of us could hope for? And almost any Instructor (and I believe this) will tell you that Black Belt is where you START to actually learn Martial Arts. Back to your question, very narrow-minded. Work on yourself.
A black belt isn't magic, dude. It means you've mastered a curriculum, not that you're some whirlwind of fist-related death. Fighting more than one person is problematic at best. Although I do think you're overestimating the fighting ability of the SpecOps guys. Their training really doesn't specialize in hand-to-hand... although many of them pick up martial arts in their spare time, and also hold black belts.
