Does anyone train in Qigong/ yin jin jing?

That's 3 years they have to soak you for money. It's a scam. Quigong is a scam.

It's nonsense. There are no "vessels". There are NONE of the structures that are associated with "Qi" in the body.

They have never been observed. Qi has never been observed.

Save your money. If you want martial arts, do that. Forget the "chi" stuff.

About massage, is mainly done on the muscles that are very near to the spine in the back and the shoulders. Each one of those muscles, is connected with other parts of the body. Then there are other places, in the hips area and the waist. Legs can be massaged as well. The foot also and the palm can be massaged and are connected with the other parts of the body. I have been taught massage by a Chinese woman/girl, and it did unstuck the back of everyone that I have done it, but I don't know if that is Qigong/ yin jin jing. She is practicing a Kung Fu style but I don't know the name of the style, that she is practicing. I didn't need 3 years for that, though.

Those two can be very deadly. If not done properly.

I have been reading the theory of Da mo or bodhiharma.. I want to know if any person here has done the 100 day massage to open Qi vessels and if so was this done by your master.. also did you go throw the whole training system from the middle Qi to limb massage... I know it takes 3 years to do this system of training..
