The best stretch for splits are the v stretch. Sitting on your butt with your legs at a v angle. Sit with your back strait and reach as far to your leg. Do that until your loose, than do 1 leg at a time. Than you actually try the splits. But don't go to fast and be relaxed. If you do that daily (30 minutes stretch total) you will be able to do the splits in a week.
