fit people are faster, stronger, and have more stamina. It even beats talent most of the time.

Especially at the highest level of combat sports, the skill between the two fighters is usually very close. In that instance, an edge like conditioning will mean a lot. Conditioning is great in general as it means you are able to perform the same techniques faster, with more strength, and for a longer period of time. So if it's a "race" to see whose technique will succeed first, the guy who runs out of gas will run out of options first.

Any and all athletes need some level of fitness depending on their sport of choice. Even sumo wrestlers need strength and cardio to be successful. Unless you play golf or ping pong, you need functional strength and good cardio.

Not all the time sometimes some obese are good.

Fit and skilled is what makes you a good fighter

Do fit people make better soldiers? do fit people make better footballers? do fit people make better basketballers? do fit people make better tennis players? do fit people make better swimmers? Do they make better runners? better Ten pin bowlers? Ok well not ten pin bowlers lol but you see my point hahaha

like in mma and boxing it seems like the fittest person always win why is this? and I wrested my brother I workout 4 times a week and I was way stronger and just overall better then him im 18 and he 28 btw but why is ths? I will give 5 stars for best answer think you
