I use weights it sounds weird but hear me out

Have you carried or held something for so long and just take it off you just feel you faster and feel lighter now my impact of my arms and legs were 3 times harder and quicker don't use super Heavy weight you will hurt your self now

Stretching is the key to be limber this I take yoga that helps and if you have someone stretch your legs have someone push it past a little past its point to were it kinda hurts but not to were you will tear tendons and stuff and that will help out a lot because it force's your tendons to stretch a little more

I'm currently conditioning my body for MMA (in particular kickboxing, muay thai, taekwondo, krav maga and brazilian jiu jitsu) and i would like to know what type of strength building exercises i should do in the gym and/or any exercises in general in addition to my regular calisthenics routine ; also, should i do leg exercises before or after cardio? and what type of stretches would allow me to be able to kick high or above my head?

Current Routine:

400 Pushups (Sets of 50)

1200 Core repitions (flutter kicks and crunches,600 each)

3 Mile run for 2 days and sprints for 2 days
