Cant control my adrenaline in a fight?

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

You do realize adrenalin is the key to surviving/winning fights, right? You know the iconic "HIYA!" Thats called a kiai. In traditional martial arts, we scream for several reasons, to scare them, to create a natural air shield in our stomachs, but most importantly, to release adrenalin. Adrenalin, or epinephrine, is the hormone whose job is to get you through life and death situations.

Now, do you want to feel pain in a fight? I like to get hit hard to the point it doesn't seriously hurt me but gets me mad. Some people say to stay calm, but I've found that getting angry is the key to success in a 100 percent power sparring situation, and street fights (I've been in both). But I don't want to feel pain. Your adrenalin gets you through the fight so you don't focus on the pain/ the feeling of getting hit, and you won't feel it till the adrenalin wears off.

All this being said, while you don't need to control your adrenalin, when it happens, you need to be able to control yourself. We have levels in my system: white, the naive, nothing can happen to me mental level no one should ever have, yellow, constant awareness without paranoia, red, which is basically this is it, I'm in a fight, I can get angry but I have to focus and win. And, your level: Black, berserk, which may be powerful, but its not skilled and you are just brawling. You can't just swing, you have to focus on winning.

2 pieces of advise for you: Once you learn a martial art, practice sprints for 30-90 seconds, which is about how long you would fight. Also, practice reaction drill combos. "Do not fear a man who practices a thousand skills, fear a man who practices 1 skill a thousand times." - Bruce Lee

And just so you know, you weren't in a big fight. A big fight is a 20 man fight in a skatepark, or a 7 vs 1 fight. 1 on 1 and broken up after you only hit him a couple times? Not a big fight.

I have recently got into a big school fight (which i'm not proud of). I have been in fights before but I feel like this one was the worst one because tons of people were watching in the hallway. I don't mean to brag, but I can fight. But the only problem is that I cant control my adrenaline when i'm nervous or angry. When I first got punched, my vision was blurry and I felt like I was dreaming. I started swinging and managed to hit the other guy a couple of times before It was separated by teachers. When I was being pulled apart from the other kid I felt things were going i slow motion almost. my eyes were wide and I was looking at the ground. Finally, things went back to normal pace As I was pulled off. I don't know why I got so angry and nervous but I did.

So the question is, what can I do to control my adrenaline in tough situations like this?

I know how to fight properly, but when I kind of black out I just Started swinging my arms like a wild animal and I don't feel any pain from the other person's punches.
