Can someone help me?

I don't understand people. I mean come on this is the martial arts section. People here don't claim to be doctors. Even if there was an appropriate section for this sort of question you should still ask your doctor. Not a bunch of strangers on the internet.

You must have absolutely no confidence in the medical profession or even in your own common sense to trust the advice of a bunch of underage kids loving (most not even doing) martial arts over the advice of a doctor. Go see a doctor.

Please see a doctor. That is the only type of person who can answer this question for you. And that means go into the doctor's office in person, and ask him/her this question, so that you can get x-rays done, etc.

I dislocated my shoulder at age 14 at my martial arts gym during sparring.

it was against this 16 year old, I was a really aggressive opponent.

& well my right shoulder just popped out and suddenly came in again, weeks after my left shoulder got dislocated by the same guy.

Regardless of my brave stupidity, my father didn't have money to continue my martial arts practice at a gym.

But being me, I'm super passionate of Martial Arts, boxing, Tae kwon Do.

I'm currently 17 years old, and since then I've been extremely careful with both my shoulders I've been boxing on my own.

and hasn't dislocated ever since just slight movement at times which happens when my shoulders get fatigued.

I really want to do amateur boxing, but from what I learned I believe I have a SLAP tear because my both shoulders click from the top.

I've implemented my own weight training routine focused on muscular balance, good posture, strong shoulders & rotator cuff exercises, but even after all this I fear that my shoulders might just give out on me if I get fatigued.

Question is, can I still do boxing after having SLAP tear surgery? obviously after around 5 months of good rehab? thank you,
