Well 2 things MMA people do in fights strike and grapple. They are all rounded fighters hence Mixed Martial Arts and because of that you need to be careful of him striking due to the fact that wrestling doesn't have strikes. This guy does MMA so he probably use to taking a hit,so I wouldn't take a chance fighting him. Wrestling is too close combat and too dependent on the single or double leg take down to close in the gap. MMA fighter will kick you to close in the gap then follow up. Overall, study him if he is good at it first then decide.
So im a freshman in highschool and theres this one sophomore that always bullies me and pushes me around and today he got up in face today we almost got into a fight. He does mma so I dont think I have a chance. What could I do to help me win? Im a wrestler would that help?
