Yes a smaller guy can beat a big buff guy. If the smaller guy is a self defense martial artist and the big guy is just a street fighter then the smaller guy has a big chance at winning.
If there's an adult trying to attack a minor, why don't you just call the police?

there is no such thing as a fair street fight.
take out a knee, gouge an eye, kick to the groin, palm heel to the nose.
when you get him on the ground, keep kicking and stomping until he cannot get up to hurt you.
then call the police and report that an adult attacked a minor and have his bloody carcass arrested.
Buff doesn't equal tough. Many body builders do not know how to fight. Many people who know how to fight look nothing like body builders. It all boils down to skill.
Everyone is different and with different skills. There is no answer.
I'm not really "small",i'm 16 years old,i'm 5 ft 10,177 lbs,and the guy that will probably attack me soon is 21 years old,6 ft 2,and around 210-220 pounds.He's a bodybuilder and he's really buff and big,but i think he has around 20% body fat but i'm not sure....Anyways,i think i could win because I've been taught how to guard myself,throw proper punches and how to move like a boxer,but i have no experience throwing those punches,plus he's heavy so i must be much faster.My punches are also very strong but i'm pretty sure his are stronger because he's older and heavier.What do you think,do i stand a chance?
