Can I take up Judo at 20?

Kick boxa.

Males are at their peak, in their late teens and early twenties. Just get out there and do it.

"I was wondering, is it possible to start martial arts in your 20s?"

Hahahahahaha!

Yes. Dude, you can start martial arts any time. There is no age limit. Why do you seem to think otherwise?

Not too late at all. I started after 20 and I know plenty of other guys who did too. But if at all possible you'd probably want to start as early as possible. Especially since if you are going to go in law enforcement you'll need to focus on firearms and other weapons training for weapons they equip you with. I would start judo now, so that you can focus more on those weapons training later.

There is no age that is too old to begin training in judo or other martial arts. Go find a good school and begin training and enjoy it.

You can start anytime. How about now? What better time? Find a great school and happy training to you on your new found journey!

Judo is the best martial arts you could take it helps you fight against any other sport. I was in the Us world team 2x and 7x national champion my fav sport!

When I become a cop I plan to take the Specialist Unit Basic Training and then do airport security or advanced counter terrorism training.

They teach Judo and Thai boxing in the SUBT course, and if things go according to plan I will be 20 when I start the course.

I was wondering, is it possible to start martial arts in your 20s? If you can't do hand to hand combat they don't let you join any specialist unit. Should I take up martial arts earlier?

I'm 15
