Also stretch atleast twice a day for 30-40 mins
Learn how to do stretches.
If you stretch enough you will be able to do more than you can realize you can do.
I've always wanted to do gymnastics but I'm not flexible and I wondered if that would be a safety concern. I am wanting to enroll this coming month, but don't know if I should. Please help!
