Sure you can... but the cheap way is the bad way, and you won't be even close to being a BA. In fact you won't even be a good fighter.

You will THINK you are good, you may even learn some basics, but you will know little to nothing.

Don't waste your time and money with cheap online courses by self acclaimed "masters". Not only is it garbage, it's geared for them to drain your wallet.

You need an instructor and a good one at that.

So in short... no. That's the truth and the truth sometimes sucks. Find a legit instructor.

And Ninjutsu is a martial art.. so "without ----- or martial arts"....?

The most expensive aspect to becoming a legitimate ninja would be the cost for you to train with an "authentic ninja" instructor. Assuming that you find one of them, you can expect to invest at least $5,000. I know you want things to be "cheap", but that's not happening unless you find a very generous ninja trainer. The outfit and the weapons combined will run you about $200 on the low end, but that's only if you buy the bare minimum equipment that a ninja uses.
