Buying Knives, Swords and Daggers?

You must be 18 years old to buy. My site has a huge selection of both "wallhanger" style as well as fully functional quality carbon steel swords. http://www.scareflair.com/swords/

1. I live in North Carolina.

2. Age restriction is 18 unless otherwise noted.

As for sites that won't give you cheap mass produced bullish-t/wallhangers....

Kick boxa.

18 years old can buy sharp swords. Under that, your parents would have to buy it.

For short blades, there's almost no restriction I believe. But swords and daggers are above the length limit.

There are only certain types of weapons minors are not allowed to buy. Some types of knives are considered concealed weapons in North Carolina, so the same laws apply. Here are the websites I looked at.

Note: The description for concealed weapons that are not firearms says nothing about pocketknives or swords. It does however mention bowie knives, dirks and leaded canes (cane swords). So I'd be willing to bet if you ever caused trouble the police could conveniently find a way to make your knife fall into one of those categories. Best thing to do with any legal question is call the local police station and ask them. Then, maybe call the place you want to buy from and ask if they sell to minors..

Okay, so I was looking to buy knives and daggers and swords and other things like that online. And I was wondering if there is an age restriction in North Carolina to buying those things
