Bruce Lee did more exercises than most people "with a regular job" will ever have the time or the money to do. Most people could benefit from doing a small fraction of the number of exercises, sets, and reps that Lee did and still get in excellent physical condition. If you have the time and the motivation you could take all of Bruce Lee's exercises and create your own P90X collection of exercises for maximum muscle confusion. Here is just one sample workout that Bruce Lee did, to get you started:
