Bolley Kick Help?

Posted at: 2014-09-13
It could be because you're not putting enough spin with your non-kicking knee. Unless you have a *very* fast and strong kicking leg, it's going to be near impossible for you to land it if you aren't guiding your takeoff right by angling the non kicking leg in the direction you want to spin.

It's alot of trial and error. For me, the first time I actually started landing it was after I started turning my non-kicking knee just as hard as the kicking leg in the direction I wanted to spin. Both are very important, and it's hard to do a 540 kick if one of your legs is doing less work than the other.

Kajukenbo is the least dangerous but bolley kicks are lethal according to muscle freaks they are very lethal .

You might have already seen this, but if not then here you go:

I'm a 2nd dan black belt in tae kwon doe. I've been trying to learn the bolley kick constantly for about 4 months now. I simply cannot do it. My instructor says my tornado kick is really good, but I can't do this kick. The closest I've gotten is to land with the foot but immediatly hitting the floor with my arms, and even when I land it like this, my kick isn't very good. Someone please help, and don't say "keep practicing" because I've been doing that non stop for the past 4 months and I really need some kind of advice.
