Beginner help choosing box/kb gym?

Joining any martial art(seriously) will expel the need for weight training.if you're just trying to lose weight then go with boxing or wrestling or even sports-style mma.

Dude, seriously you need to use google. If you only find commercial gyms or whatever you call them then you're doing it wrong. I don't live in London.

People make the mistake to think that losing weight is about exercise. It's not. It's about diet. The battle for weight is won or lost in the kitchen. Forget training for now. Your first priority is to fix what you eat.
