Your link does not work. If you are talking about $s, 176 is an awful lot of money and that is only for 4 classes not even a full month. I can't even tell if the school is any good since your link does not work. It may just be a start up fee, including uniform and what nots but I would definitely question them on the price.
All martial arts schools set their own prices. However, like Liondancer, I think that $176 for 4 trial lessons is a lot of money. Makes me wonder what their monthly fees are...? Unless you have a lot of money I'd be inclined to look for some other martial arts school. Since you are in the D.C. Maryland area you might want to see if you can find grandmaster Tai Yim. He is up in years but may still be teaching. If not there are probably senior students that learned from Tai Yim.
