Are there sai forms that I can learn?

It would be very easy to find one by entering the name of a style and Sai. such as Goju-ryu and sai. Of course since you are not going to really learn it why bother if its a Traditional form. It will be apparent to anybody with a decent amount of training you did not learn it for the right reasons as your technique will stink.

there is more to a form then just memorizing the movements, if you cant use the techniques from the form in an actual fight or sparing match then it is useless.

if you are not going to learn to spar with the weapon then you mides well make something up

Look in this day in age the thing you need to know is to move the body at every angle as graceful as you can and also graphful and the thing is see this is all you need to know buy me book and you know the whole story or you can watch The movie called Enter the Dragon and see what really matters at the end of my breathe and not my stand hand strike.

It would be very difficult to impress people with a form you learned off of a video unless they too are totally clueless.

I am very good at memorization, all I need is a cool sai form to impress people. I would like a url that I could go to online and see a sai form that I can memorize. I would like it to actually have a name, not just some random compition sai form and if you guys could tell me that martial art it comes from too that would be great:)

I cannot thank anyone who answers enough, and I really want some answers.
