Just curious. Are they only a very few or there is actually a great number of girls who practice MMA?

Are there girls in the world that practices MMA? Yes there are. Enough of them that there is now a Women's division in UFC.

Will you likely run into girls in MMA classes? In my experience, very unlikely. I have seen ONE girl anywhere I been to, and I'm not even sure if it was a class or private lesson.

From what I seen MMA is more male dominant than any other styles I have seen so far.

I love martial arts like judo,kickboxing,eskrima,jujitsu and muay thai but I've just never seen the appeal of MMA for myself,it's to sport fixated for me. Besides,I have a fear of cages...
