Of 'new' taekwondo headguards and in the photo description said coaches are now required to wear suits when on the mat. Is this true or is this made up?
This was what they put in the description:

WTF make two major changes 5 day before the World Cadet Championship is about to start.
The cadets will have a headguard with a face mask and coaches will have to wear a suit and tie..
Message from the WTF
The head gear will be provided for all athletes at the championship.
The WTF is well aware that this decision comes with little time left to prepare for the championship.Your understanding on this matter is highly appreciated as the decision concerns childrens safety.
In addition we ask coaches to wear a suit and tie when on the field of play.
