Are UFC fans starting to become like wrestling fans?

Don't you mean "sports fans"? Some people will fanatically support their team/fighter/etc. I know some people who are die-hard Rousey fans, and unless she's filmed drinking the blood of a baby or something, probably won't change their minds. On the other hand, I know folks who are fans of different sports who change their favorite from one day to the next.

Pro wrestling is a bit different since it's a "work" (scripted). It's easier for the performers to control how the fans react to them (see the Austin-Hart double-turn from the mid-1990's).

What do you mean UFC fans have turned on her? She's the most popular fighter in the sport right now. I think what your referring to is the fact that UFC fighters are now marketing themselves like wrestlers and play the heel if it makes them more money. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heel_(profe...

For one , she is starting to talk lots of crap to her opponents. She's becoming like Nick Diaz and harshly dissed Miesha Tate before and after their last fight. I personally don't care. But she brought this on herself. Miesha tried to be a sports woman and shake her hand and she just dissed her.

Yes.

UFC fans used to love Ronda Rousey. Now they have turned on her. This is the same way wrestling fans are. They have certain wrestlers who they love one week then the next they turn on them.
