I'm not sure the laws regarding shipping such items to Canada, but swords as you describe (non-Wushu grade) do exist.

Are there functional swords like these? I don't mean the flimsy wushu style swords, but REAL steel swords. If so, do you know any manufacturer that ships to Canada?
