These are called MMA or Grappling gloves you want the training ones brand dose not matter venum are a good brand one of the well known ones but all the martial arts sports companys make them tapout badboy everlast UFC RDX etc and there not expensive there cheap on Ebay and even sports direct have them in store

I wear them with a good pair or MMA shorts any why not everyone in my class dose it's your workout and these gloves help you focus with punches and I punch harder with them on so yes get them and wear them you might find other people in the class wanting them.

Bodycombat is a not contact class so you wont be punching anyone so how much padding they have dose not matter but you don't want heavy ones do not do combat classes with weighted gloves you could get an injury but like I said they can help you punch more

Those are MMA gloves. The brand is rather a popular brand and I think those are their standard MMA gloves. I can't vouche for their quality since I have never tried one of those before.

Also do you need that kind of MMA gloves? Those don't have that much padding. I prefer to use the MMA striking gloves for grapple and striking, and we would just use boxing gloves in class for the most part when we were really striking.

So I go to body combat classes, and I often see the instructors wearing venum gloves. I kind of want to buy these gloves. Are these Body combat specialized gloves or same as MMA gloves.
