I am in kenpo karate as a junior 3rd degree brown. I need help with the making up 10 techniques of your own part. Anything is helpful.

Making up your 10 techniques is something that you should do not something that you get from someone else. What is the point if you don't do it yourself? Are you just trying to get to the next rank? If so perhaps you need to look at your reasons for getting promoted...?

Aside from that color belt ranks are Kyu ranks, not degrees. Degrees is used only to describe the various levels of black belt. So, it sounds like your current rank is 3rd Kyu Brown belt.
