Bad to cut so young. Just fight where you fight cutting comes in when your older and need to. Cutting and all that Bs just makes up for weak coaching.

I'm 5'8 16 years old and have a fight scheduled for may 17th, My trainer said I should be 125 no excuses, im 141 at the moment, but im afraid I have stopped losing weight? I need to be 130 here soon or my trainer will be pissed as ****. I told him I wanted to fight at 135 or 130 and he said no and walked away. I really need some tips? Any foods I should be cutting out for good? should I keep taking diet pills?
