Am I really that bad at dodging?

Because you are not very experienced. Scientists found out it only takes 0.2 seconds for a normal person to react to a punch, and 0.3 seconds for you to move out of the way, so that's 0.5 seconds in total. Unless he is like 2 feet away from you. So I am pretty sure you opponent can punch that fast, so you might have panicked and dodged early or dodged in the wrong place.

Here is a tutorial of head movements.

Just practice more and you will get better.

hope it helped XD.

Dodging is very risky and unless you know what you're doing you shouldn't do it. It's a lot safer to block. It takes practice, not a few weeks of training.

It's not safe to just dodge, better to first make contact and redirect the punch as your body is turning, and parrying, while simultaneously striking your opponent.

During sparring or basically any fight, I Manage to block, think, and do whatever it is I need to correctly. Problem I literally never manage to evade the attack, maybe I'm scared of being hit so I dodge too early or something.

Due do the fact I'm doing rather fine on other aspects and that I have skills making this seems wierd to me.
