They guy who punched you was probably in immense pain after hitting you.
He didn't know how to throw a proper punch, even if he was skinny and scrawny then he should have twisted while punching, that way he could have gotten ahold of skin and twisted it leaving you with a gash above your eye. I don't know what the fight was about but I try not to condone it, sometimes you need to walk away and sometimes you need to defend yourself, My mom always told me, "Don't let anyone bully you and always defend yourself"
foreheads are usually hard.punch on chick or beside the nose cause bruises easily, but not on the portion you are saying. and also most likely that guy was not strong enough

So no one can tell you exactly. But my guess is that he didn't land a solid hit with power, and he may have struck you in an area that wasn't very sensitive. On top of that the angle might have been to the point were all of the power in the strike didn't go into you.
Consider yourself lucky. And try to avoid fights as the next time you might run into someone that knows what they're doing and you could get seriously hurt (or worse).

okay guys back in march i got into a fight with another guy. we argued then he threw the first punch into the head a little bit above the forehead that was the only punch he gave me after the fight i didnt have nothing and nothing hurted.the guy was skinny and im not sknny but also not fat. the question is why didnt i have a bruise or why didnt it hurt???
