A fighting sport without gloves?

im trying to find a fighting sport in europe(netherlands) where they dont use boxing gloves.

The striking arts use gloves for a reason. So you don't break you hands. That's incredibly easy to do, even in a friendly sparring session. The only martial arts where you don't "need" gloves are the ones where there is no striking with the hands. Grappling systems, and many-weapons based martial arts would not use padded gloves.

All grappling arts, mma(hey it's not boxing gloves, it's mma gloves.{unless it's striking training, then it's boxing gloves}), and certain traditional martial arts that has sparring(example: Tae Kwon Do{also usually not boxing gloves}).

Vale Tudo

Bare Knuckle Boxing.

Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo

Kyokushin and its offshoots are bare-knuckle, though there's no punches to the head. Modern Pankration is also bare-knuckle I believe, but head strikes are limited to open-hand slaps and palm strikes.

MMA, Olympic Taekwondo, and Combat Sambo use small, open-palmed gloves. Olympic Taekwondo, despite this, will not punch to the head.

You don't use gloves at all in grappling styles like Judo, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Sambo, and submission wrestling.
